How do I size my bracelet to order?

The best method is to add 2.5 to 3.5 cm to your wrist size (1 to 1.5 inches). You can also reference our sizing chart for sizes according to age. Measure around your entire wrist. These measurements include the plate as well as the band, beads or link.

How long will it take to ship my order?

Orders usually ship within 2 weeks, however due to the customization of your order, it may take up to 4-5 weeks to ship.

Will my beaded bracelet look exactly like the picture?

Most of the time your beaded bracelet will look like the picture, however adjustments might have to be made to accommodate your particular length of bracelet. There may also be times when we have to substitute beads due to availability.

How do I personalise my order?

Each item has a number fields for you to fill in your personal information. The fields will show you exactly how many characters are allowed on each line. You can choose to fill in as much or as little as you want.

I live in NZ,  should I add my NHI number?

ABSOLUTELY! Especially if you have a long or complicated medical history. The NHI will direct the medical professionals to your most up to date doctor visits, changes in prescriptions and any other pertanent information.

What if my bracelet doesn't fit?

We offer one free re-stringing of the beaded bracelets. Simply return the item with a $5 check to cover shipping in New Zealand or a $13 money order for Australia. We can make credit arrangements as well.


Can I wear your jewellery in the water?


Even though we use high quality beading items, it is not recommended that you wear the bracelets in the water.

Do you ship outside of New Zealand and Australia?

Right now, no we do not. We do have plans at a later date to start shipping internationally and we will make that announcement when it happens.
