Enter to win one of two chances to attend the DYA Family Camp in March, or you can nominate another deserving family. The DYA Family Camp is held 2-4 March at Carey Park Christian Camp. Your family can enjoy meeting other families with Diabetes and participate in all kinds of family fun events like Kayaking, Archery, Flying Fox and Rope Swings. How to enter or nominate another family is attached. (NOTE: The winners will have to provide their own transportation to and from Family Camp.)
