Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy:

We send all our orders via courier in New Zealand and post with tracking to Australia. It's important for us to be able to track your order to ensure you receive it in a timely fashion. New Zealand shipping is $6 with tracking and insured (NZD) and Australia is $25 with tracking and insured 

Shipping Time:

We ship the next day for products that are in stock (Non-Medical ID items). Our average shipping time is 2 weeks for product that is not in stock. However, there are times where it may take up to 4 weeks. Consider that your Medical ID's are specialty items and we wish to ensure that they are done correctly to the best of our ability.

Return Policy:

MedAware will gladly issue an exchange, refund or credit for the value of the merchandise returned within 30 days of purchase, less shipping charges. (Engraved items have special terms, see below.) Please allow 30 days to process your request.

Defective merchandise must be reported within 7 days of receipt to receive a replacement.

Return Policy for Engraved Items:

Due to the nature of an engraved item being specific to each customer they are NON-REFUNDABLE unless an engraving error was made by MedAware.  If MedAware made the error, we will send a replacement at no additional charge. 

MedAware is not responsible for postage of returned goods.

Shipping & Handling is not refundable.
